Hi I’m Kevin. I am a guitarist with 16+ years of playing experience. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Farmingdale State College on Long Island.
I first learned to read music taking piano lessons as a child. Through grade school, I played the bass clarinet and clarinet for concert / marching band. As well as pit orchestra for musicals.
Then I started getting into guitar playing heavy metal with my friends, I developed some serious guitar skills. I love teaching and am happy to be teaching at Jeff Denny’s Music Station. Stop in and take a free lesson.
Besides music, my passion in life is playing ice hockey. I played goalie for my schools from grade 6, until I graduated college.
Along with teaching music theory and comprehension; I have the ability to show you the proper techniques to rock and roll!
